Overview

  • Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to integrate and assess data
  • Develop customized analysis tools
  • Synthesize analytical results to provide action-oriented recommendations
  • Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
  • Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams and, on occasion, clients
  • Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
  • The role requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:

  • Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations
  • Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources
  • Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries
  • Execution, oriented by case manager, of final deliverables

Qualifications

  1. Little is seeking candidates with these specified qualifications:
  • Currently coursing undergraduate studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) with a strong academic record – degree should be awarded from a leading school
  • Previous relevant experience (e.g., internship) in top companies within their industry is highly valued
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish is essential – other languages are also desirable
