The Experience Hire Recruiter will work closely with the Cluster Recruitment Team, local HR functions and when needed the Global Recruitment team.

 In The Role You Will:

• Work independently and hire Experience Hires for multiple industry verticals within ADL
• Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process for Experienced Strategy Consultants (Manager and above) from sourcing to offer stage.
• Maintain candidate information in database, capturing important information, screening applications.
• Develop and nurture pipeline of local and global talent
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager in designing and implementing new initiatives to attract talent and to gain a competitive advantage at recruitment events.

Coordination and administration activities

• • Follow up on the status of candidate searches, centralizes all progress reports, and maintain a recruitment dashboard
  • Run analyses of the recruitment and onboarding processes to help improve effectiveness
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and a fair and adherent hiring practices are followed by periodically reviewing the complete process

 Support in recruitment project execution

• • Conducts general research to help identify relevant target companies and talent pools
  • Provide support in the screening of potential candidates for searches

Your Experience Will Include:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a field of Talent Acquisition
• Management Consultancy experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English 
• Arabic speaker preferred
