Business Analyst SE - Stockholm

We are now looking for Business Analysts to join our Stockholm office starting in 2025. As a Business Analyst at Arthur D. As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to:

• With support from the case leader, drive the planning, execution, and delivery of project workstreams to completion
• Navigate challenging situations and derive actionable and valuable recommendations to address client issues
• Undertake both quantitative and qualitative analyses, gathering and deeply analyzing information
• Communicate clearly and directly with global management leaders, crafting effective summaries

We expect you to have a strong academic background in business and/or engineering from a top university. Apart from possessing remarkable analytical and problem-solving abilities, you should be a clear and natural communicator – both verbally and in writing. What will make you stand out is your inherent curiosity, creativity, and self-sufficiency, paired with a capability to excel in team settings. Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish, in addition to English, is mandatory.
