Role Overview:

As a Management Consulting Talent Acquistion Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the recruitment team to assist in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our consulting practice. You will gain valuable experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment and consulting while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to support recruitment strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMs) and generate reports as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team such as interview scheduling, ME.Careers mailbox clean up, preparing recruitment materials and organizing recruitment events for the campuses in India.
  • Pre-Onboarding Assistance: Support the Pre-onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Genuine interest in management consulting and talent acquisition.

NOTE- This is a contractual role for a year , to be converted to full time based on performance.
