ADL today is a global team of over 1,500 consultants in 40 offices and in more than 30 countries. A global and private partnership, ADL has maintained consistent growth over the last decade. In 2023, ADL achieved double-digit growth and reached its highest-ever revenue. ADL US provides consulting services in the areas of Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS), Travel and Transportation (T&T), Telecommunications, Information, Media, and Electronics (TIME), and Automotive and Manufactured Goods (AMG).
In the US, ADL has offices in Boston, New York, and San Francisco and has increased its revenues and staff by 400% since 2019. ADL has made the decision to dramatically increase its investments and plans for growth in the US market. ADL is planning for a doubling of its US business within the coming 2 years through a combination of expansion in existing practices and the addition of teams in additional industry practices. As ADL continues to grow, we are looking for experienced consultants to join the US team.

Proximity to one of our three offices (Boston, San Francisco, or New York) is required (offices in Detroit and Atlanta anticipated for 2025). This role is hybrid, with a suggested 2–3 days in the office; however, flexibility is available on a case-by-case basis.
