Accountant and Controlling Specialist - (f/m/d) – Full-time and with professional experience

To strengthen our team in Belgrade, we are currently looking for

Accountant with Support in Controlling (f/m/d) – Full-time and with professional experience

• Handle general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and ensure compliance
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights
• Assist in audits and improve financial processes
•  Full responsibility for operational project controlling, from setup and monitoring to invoicing and collection
•  Support management with analyses on projects, productivity, revenue, costs, and provisions based on monthly closings

• At least 5 years of experience
• Professional use of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of financial and travel expense accounting systems
• Accuracy, discipline, and goal orientation are part of your personality
• Hands-on personality with an independent and structured way of working, combined with a high level of commitment
• Business fluent (minimum level B2) in English; any other Eastern European language is an advantage
• Experience with Business Central is a plus
