Overview

As Consultant at Arthur D. Little Australia, you play an active role in solving complex business issues for clients across various industries, geographies and functional domains.

Responsibilities

The Consultant's role includes:


• Take front-to-end accountability for a number of business-analysis projects, which you structure and complete with minor senior guidance
• Structure tasks to align with client expectations

• Build compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear way

• Present your recommendations with poise and confidence to senior audiences
• Assist other members of the team to ensure successful delivery

Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.

Qualifications


A minimum of two (2) years of combined work experience in management consulting & industry

• Experience in the Utilities, Energy and Infrastructure sectors are highly valued

• Outstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities. MBA from a reputable business school preferred
• Extensive experience in delivering corporate strategy development, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment

• Strategic thinking and business acumen to support high-level decision-making

• Strong analytical skills and financial modelling for data-driven insights

• Effective client relationship management and stakeholder engagement

• Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and team-oriented

• Willingness to travel within Australia and beyond for team and client meetings
