As ADL continues to grow, ADL is looking for a temporary Partner Operations Analyst (August through December) based out of our San Francisco office to join the America’s operations team.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $25 - $35 per hour to be determined during the offer phase and based on candidate background (schooling, previous work experience, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Partner & Client Engagement  
  • Supports the U.S. partner group in their client-facing and internal initiatives. 
  • Support strategic account management and growth planning activities across key client portfolios. 
  • Business Development & Account Management 
  • Collaborate with partners and BD teams to ensure alignment on priorities and cross-functional synergy. 
  • Company Development & Firmwide Initiatives 
  • Support projects related to firmwide culture, such as onboarding, wellness, or DE&I programming. 
  • Support marketing activities, including campaign planning, asset coordination, and event execution. 
  • Support policy rollouts and cross-office process implementations in collaboration with HR and Operations. 
  • Team & People Management 
  • Maintain a collaborative, accountable team culture that supports growth, clarity, and performance. 
  • Operations 
  • Contribute to improving systems, tools, and workflows that increase team efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. 
  • Support onboarding logistics and office operations in San Francisco and provide backup to other regional needs as required. 

 

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented 
  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word (experience with calendar and event coordination a plus) 
  • Prior internship or administrative support experience preferred  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism 
  • Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred 

Additional Details: 

  • This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work, required in SF office 3 days/week
