Overview

Arthur D. Little, with a history spanning over 135 years, is a global management consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations navigate the ever-changing business landscape.

As the world's first management consulting firm, we have consistently linked people, technology, and strategy to address the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. In today's rapidly evolving environment, organisations must balance conflicting demands such as short-term performance versus long-term innovation, competition versus collaboration, and investment in people versus technology. At Arthur D. Little, we provide strategic guidance and support to help clients anticipate change, innovate, and adapt, ensuring they thrive in this dynamic setting.

Arthur D. Little is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Intern to join our Global Risk and Resilience Team, which forms part of the Performance Practice. In this entry-level role, the successful candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a keen interest to pursue a career in Risk management and consulting.

As a Graduate Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, supporting client engagements by assisting in analysis, shadowing client calls, and contributing to the preparation of reports and other deliverables. You will likely hybrid-work from our Cambridge or London office and from home, and/or client sites in the UK and internationally. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the field of Risk management and consulting.

This role is initially offered as a temporary internship for a fixed term. However, if successful, we may offer a full-time position as a Business Analyst within our team.
