As part of the continued integration and growth of our Eastern Europe (EE) Cluster, we are looking for an experienced HR & Staffing Lead to coordinate Recruitment, Talent Development, Staffing for the EE Cluster along with Türkiye and Azerbaijan HR operations responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape staffing, talent management and development while streamlining HR operations in a dynamic, international consulting environment while partnering closely with business leaders and HR colleagues across the region.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As the HR & Staffing Lead, you will be responsible for leading HR Ops, recruitment, talent development and staffing activities across the EE Cluster and assigned local markets, ensuring the business has the right talent and streamlined HR processes in place to support client delivery and future growth.

You will report to EE Cluster HR & Ops Director and work closely with Partners, Practice Leaders, HR and Business Services teams to develop workforce plans, manage recruitment activities, coordinate cluster staffing, and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

 

Türkiye and Azerbaijan HR Operations

  • Coordinate full HR lifecycle and HR processes for Türkiye and Azerbaijan offices including rewards and payroll, recruitment, development and engagement.
  • Drive standardization of HR processes in the markets in alignment with cluster and global policies and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development process across the Cluster.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Implement development and engagement initiatives in line with cluster and global guidelines.

Cluster Staffing Coordination

  • Lead workforce planning and staffing coordination across the cluster.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize consultant utilization and project staffing.
  • Monitor staffing capacity and support resource allocation decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-market staffing opportunities and mobility where appropriate.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report HR and staffing KPIs and metrics.
  • Prepare workforce planning reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Analyze hiring trends, capability plans for staffing and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or staffing.
  • Experience in a multinational or professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries is an advantage.

Skills

  • Talent, recruitment and development experience.

Languages

  • Fluent English is required, German is a plus.
